As a practical matter, checkout is conducted in USD and may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. The secure checkout screen shows the payment methods available for the specific transaction.

Card Authorization and Transaction Security

For customer reference, Shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process card transactions; gcioutdoor does not retain a complete card number or security code. A card issuer can place a temporary authorization hold, require verification, approve the charge, or decline it under the issuer's rules.

Under this policy, consumers should submit accurate billing and contact details. A transaction may be reviewed or canceled when authorization fails or a meaningful fraud or security concern is identified.

Tax, Cancellation, and Returning Funds

For clarity, tax is collected according to applicable law, without a blanket tax-free promise. Cancellation may be requested before dispatch; the Refund Policy governs after dispatch.

As a practical matter, after a return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund goes to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank or issuer posting time can extend beyond that processing window.
